用于不对称还原和不对称合成的CBS催化剂 CBS（Corey-Bakshi-Shibata）恶唑硼烷催化剂已被用于前手性酮的不对称还原。其它应用包括对映选择性合成α-羟基酸、α- 氨基酸、C2对称二茂铁基二醇和炔丙醇。 Usually used in the asymmetric reduction of prochiral ketones. Other applications include the enantioselective synthesis of α-hydroxy acids, α-amino acids, C2-symmetrical ferrocenyl diols, and propargyl alcohols.
