Product Application 4-Methylumbelliferyl N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminide has been used as a fluorogenic substrate in the acidic chitinase activity assay.It has also been used to measure the total activity of β-N-acetylhexosaminidase (NAGase) in water sample filtrates
