1-溴十七氟辛烷是一种全氟化碳。使用精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸 (RGD) 多肽对全氟辛基溴的聚乙二醇化聚酯纳米胶囊进行表面修饰，用于肿瘤成像。全氟辛基溴纳米胶囊已被开发作为超声和磁共振成像 (MRI) 的双重造影剂。 1-溴十七氟辛烷可作为氟-19 磁共振成像血管系统造影剂或用于合成氧载体，也被用作血液替代品乳剂中的氧载体。 1-Bromoheptadecafluorooctane (perfluorooctyl bromide) is a perfluorocarbon. Poly(ethylene glycol)ylated polyester nanocapsules of perfluorooctyl bromide were surface-decorated with a RGD (arginine-glycine-aspartic acid) peptide, were used for tumor imaging. Nanocapsules of perfluorooctyl bromide have been developed as dual contrast agent for ultrasonography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Oxygen carrier in emulsions used as blood substitutes.
