一、产品属性 保质期: 36个月 酸碱度范围: 5.8-6.4 防腐剂: CMIT/MIT 沸点：100℃ 外观：无色至淡黄色液体 密度（20℃）：1.0312 g/cm³ 溶解性：易溶于水 气味：无味 Heat sensitive 对热敏感 二、保存及运输条件： 1. 保持容器密闭 2. 储存温度2 °C - 8 °C. 3. 不与氧化剂一起储存 4. 在环境温度不超过 30 °C，运输时间应少于一周。 三、有效成分及生化机理 本产品是一种含有牛血清白蛋白和其他的蛋白质稳定添加剂的水溶液，可以很好的平衡碱性磷酸酶的活性，pH值6.0。 本产品为碱性磷酸酶与抗体或其他蛋白质的偶联物的构象和酶活性，提供了最佳的环境条件。本产品对pH的敏感性是具有很大优势的。 四、生物安全信息 溶液中含有杀菌剂，防止微生物变质 根据法规(EC) No 1272/2008，本产品不属于危险类别； 本产品含有5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one 以及 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1)，可能引起过敏反应； 五、主要优点 1. 极低浓度的AP偶联物的稳定剂 2. 适用于耐受pH值 六、使用说明 1.任何填充其他容器或拆分的操作都必须在无菌条件下进行； 2.冷冻溶液解冻后必须充分混合后使用； 3.不应使用显示浑浊的溶液（因为这可能是微生物污染的迹象）。 4.只有熟悉免疫测试生产的合格人员才能处理。 5. 本产品含有牛血清白蛋白。这可能会导致产品性能的轻微变化。因此，建议检查每个新批次在计划反应体系中的应用。不同批次间残留是有可能的。 6.本产品未被稀释可用，生物分子也可根据初始浓度和计划的最终浓度，在稳定剂溶液中逐步稀释。根据反应体系的要求，浓度在50 ng/ml和大于5 μ g/ml之间是合适的。 7. 以本品为基础的偶联物既适用于酶联免疫吸附测定，也适用于膜法测定 8.为了抑制不良效应，可以在溶液中添加例如HAMA粘合剂和/或其他物种特异性蛋白。 9. 为了鉴定目的，可以添加染料。如有需要，请与我们联系。 1、Product attribute Shelf life: 36 months pH Range: 5.8-6.4 Preservative: CMIT/MIT Boiling point : 100℃ Appearance: colourless - pale yellow liquid Density (20℃) : 1.0312 g/cm³ Water solubility: easily soluble Odour: odourless Heat sensitive 2、Requirements for storage rooms and vessels 1.Keep container tightly closed. 2.Keep cool. 3.Do not store together with: Oxidizing agent. 4. It is possible to transport the solution at ambient temperature, unless it does not exceed 30 °C. The transport should take less than one week. 3、 Effective Components and Principle of Function It is based on aqueous buffer system with bovine serum albumin and further protein stabilizing additives, especially balanced to safe the activity of the Alkaline Phosphatase. It has a pH-value of 6.0. The stabilizer solution provides optimum ambient conditions needed to safe the conformation and enzymatic activity of enzyme conjugates of the Alkaline Phosphatase with antibodies or other proteins. Depending from the pH-sensitivity of the linked protein, it may be advantageous. 4、Biosafety information The solutions contain biocides for protection from microbiological spoilage. This mixture is not classified as hazardous in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008； It contains reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1). May produce an allergic reaction . 5、Advantage 1. Stabilizer for very low concentrated AP conjugates 2. Suitable for proteins resistant to pH 6、 Instruction for usage 1. Any handling to fill in other vessels or splitting has to be done under sterile conditions. 2. Frozen solutions have to be mixed thoroughly after thawing and can be used without restriction afterwards. 3.Solutions showing turbidity should not be used. Since this might be a sign of microbial contamination. 4. Only qualified staff, who are familiar with the production of immunological tests, is permitted to handle this product. 5. The solutions contain bovine serum albumin. This may result in slight shifts of the product properties. Therefore it is recommend to check every new lot for its application in the planned test systems. A reservation of distinct lots is possible. 6. The stabilizer solution is applied undiluted. The biomolecules should be diluted stepwise in the stabilizer solution, depending on the initial concentration and the planned final concentration. Depending on the requirements of the test system concentrations between 50 ng/ml and more than 5 µg/ml are suitable. 7. Enzyme conjugate solution on the basis of this product is suitable for both ELISA and membrane based assay 8. To suppress undesirable effects it is possible to add e.g. HAMA binder and / or further species specific proteins to the solutions. 9. For identification purposes it is possible to add dyes.
