以 2-（氯甲基）吡啶盐酸盐为试剂，在碱催化下，对-叔丁基杯 [6] 芳烃和对-叔丁基杯 [5] 芳烃在 DMF 中的烷基化反应。将其应用于 Gd3+二乙烯三胺五乙酸双酰胺配合物的合成。 2-(Chloromethyl)pyridine hydrochloride was used as reagent in base catalyzed alkylation of p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene and p-tert-butylcalix[5]arene in DMF. It was used in the synthesis of Gd3+ diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid bisamide complex, a Zn2+-sensitive magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent.
