Fmoc-based peptide synthesis of bis-naphthalene diimide, a threading intercalator. Synthesis of ε-Boc-ε-(3,5-bis-trifluoromethyl-benzyl)-α-Fmoc-L-Lysine to be used as 19F NMR based screening tool.
