应用 2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶锂是一种强碱,可用于:以反式-α-锂化环氧化物为中间体,从末端环氧化物合成烯胺。芳烃的邻位锂化,如1,3-双(三氟甲基)苯、4,4-二甲基-2-苯基-2-恶唑啉、1,4-双(三氟甲基)苯和1,3-二甲氧基苯。与Lewis供体配体N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)结合,将甲氧基取代的芳烃进行去质子金属化。 Description Lithium 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidide is a strong base and can be used:For the synthesis of enamines from terminal epoxides throughtrans-α-lithiated epoxide as an intermediate.For ortholithiation of arenes such as 1,3-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzene, 4,4-dimethyl-2-phenyl-2-oxazoline, 1,4-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzene and 1,3-dimethoxybenzene.In combination with Lewis donor ligand,N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA) for deprotonative metalation of methoxy-substituted arenes.
