Surfen dihydrochloride 是一种有效的硫酸肝素 (heparan sulfate) 拮抗剂。Surfen 与糖胺聚糖结合。Surfen 可中和普通肝素和低分子量肝素的抗凝活性。Surfen 影响肝素的硫酸化并抑制肝素裂解酶的降解。Surfen 抑制 FGF2 结合和信号转导。Surfen 抑制细胞粘附和病毒感染。 Product Describtion: Surfen dihydrochloride is a potent HS (heparan sulfate) antagonist. Surfen binds to glycosaminoglycans. Surfen neutralizes the anticoagulant activity of both unfractionated and low molecular weight heparins. Surfen affects sulfation of heparin and inhibits degradation by heparin lyases. Surfen inhibits FGF2 binding and signaling. Surfen inhibits cell attachment, and virus infection.
