异氰酸苄酯可抑制苯并[a] BP (BP)-DNA加合物的形成,并具有化学预防作用. 用异氰酸苄酯研究了连续流玻璃微流控芯片中异氰酸酯衍生化反应的动力学。它也被用于利用Al-Salph络合物的多组分立体定向合成1,3-恶嗪烷-2,4-二酮. Benzyl isocyanate inhibits the formation of benzo[a]pyrene (BP)-DNA adduct and posses chemopreventive properties. Benzyl isocyanate was used to investigate the kinetics of isocyanate derivatization reaction in a continuous flow glass microfluidics chip. It was also used in a multicomponent, stereospecific synthesis of 1,3-oxazinane-2,4-diones employing an Al-salph complex.
