SS-208 is a selective HDAC6 inhibitor, with an IC 50 of 12 nM. SS-208 possesses anti-tumor activity in melanoma In Vivo SS-208 (25 mg/kg, ip) significantly reduces the tumor growth in melanoma murine model . MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. Animal Model: C57BL/6 mice injected immunogenic murine SM1 melanoma cells subcutaneously . Dosage: 25 mg/kg. Administration: IP on day 4, 7, 12, 15 and 18. Result: Significantly reduced the tumor growth.
