产品介绍

SDS-PAGE蛋白上样缓冲液 (2X) 是阿拉丁自主研发的一款更加安全无气味、以溴酚蓝为染料、2倍浓缩的改良型蛋白上样缓冲液。本产品从-20℃取出后可快速融化，不粘稠且节省时间；使用无味、更稳定的新型还原剂代替了DTT和β-巯基乙醇。适用于SDS-PAGE蛋白样品的上样操作。使用说明： 1. 在室温（10~30℃）融化完全，并混匀。注：如需要更快速使用，可置于37℃水浴或金属浴中融化，但尽量减少融化后水浴或金属浴放置时间。 2. 每20μl蛋白样品加入10μl的上样缓冲液（2倍稀释），混匀。注：如果蛋白样品浓度过高，可以用双蒸水稀释后再加入上样缓冲液。 3. 将上述混合物放入100℃水浴加热5-10分钟，使蛋白变性。 4. 冷却至室温后，10000-14000rpm离心2-5分钟，取上清直接上样即可。 5. 通常电泳至溴酚蓝到达胶的底端附近1cm处即可停止电泳。注意事项： 1. 无气味款和含DTT款SDS-PAGE蛋白上样缓冲液因为含有的还原剂不同，个别蛋白的电泳结果可能会有差异。 2. 本产品含有变性剂，不适用于Native-PAGE。 3. 本产品必须完全融化混匀后再使用。 4. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服和佩戴一次性手套。
