本公司生产的 SP6 RNA 聚合酶即 SP6 RNA Polymerase 是一种高度特异识别 SP6 启动子序列的 DNA 依赖的 5'→3' RNA 聚合酶。SP6RNA Polymerase 可以催化单链或双链 DNA SP6 启动子下游 NTP 的掺入，合成与 SP6 启动子下游的模板 DNA 互补的 RNA。纯度（Purity）：不含 DNA 内切酶和外切酶，不含 RNA 酶。活性检测条件（ Activity assayconditions）： 40mM Tris-HCl, 6mM MgCl², 10mM DTT，2mM spermidine, 0.5mM NTP, 0.6MBq/ml[3H]-ATP, pH8.0, 20μg/ml plasmid DNA containing the specific SP6 RNA Polymerase promoter sequence。组分和说明 S750679
