棕榈酸钠BSA高脂细胞添加剂的有效成分是棕榈酸钠 (Sodium palmitate)，浓度是6 mM。本产品为无菌 (0.22μm 过滤) 溶液，可与完全培养基直接互溶用于实验。本产品所用溶剂不含NaOH或有机溶剂，对细胞无毒性。本产品可与油酸钠 (Sodium oleate) 共同模拟高自由脂肪酸环境，也可用于诱发细胞脂毒性、诱导内质网应激、氧化应激、线粒体损伤、细胞凋亡等。 S767991
