油酸钠BSA高脂细胞添加剂的有效成分是油酸钠 (Sodium oleate)，浓度是12 mM。本产品为无菌 (0.22μm 过滤) 溶液，可与完全培养基直接互溶用于实验。本产品所用溶剂不含NaOH或有机溶剂，对细胞无毒性。本产品可用于单独诱导脂肪肝细胞模型，也可配合棕榈酸钠 (Sodium palmitate) 模拟高自由脂肪酸环境。 S767993
