敏感性：对光敏感; 易吸湿司美格鲁肽中间体 29 肽，又名司美格鲁肽 29 肽主链、Semaglutide Intermediate P29、GLP-1(9-37)，是司美格鲁肽原料药合成的关键中间体。司美格鲁肽是人胰高血糖素样肽-1（GLP-1）类似物，通过介导 GLP-1 受体，以葡萄糖依赖的方式，刺激胰岛素分泌，用于Ⅱ型糖尿病成人患者的血糖控制。司美格鲁肽的长效机制是基于对结构的修饰，把肽链第 26 位的赖氨酸位置连接上 18 碳脂肪二酸侧链，修饰的碳链增大了司美格鲁肽的分子量，并且对白蛋白的亲和力增强 5-6 倍，避免快速被肾脏清除并防止代谢性降解，延长体内半衰期。司美格鲁肽中间体 29 肽采用基因工程发酵方式生产。本品为大肠杆菌重组表达。司美格鲁肽中间体P29为白色或类白色粉末，在水和无水乙醇中几乎不溶，在稀盐酸和稀氢氧化钠溶液中易溶，具有引湿性。
