产品介绍

石碳酸复红染色液与改良苯酚品红染色液不同。石碳酸复红染色液主要由石碳酸、碱性品红等组成，主要用于痰涂片或拭子结核杆菌染色和革兰氏染色，较少单独使用。改良苯酚品红染色液又称卡宝品红（Carbol fuchsin）染色液，主要由苯酚、碱性品红、山梨醇、氧化剂等组成，常用于细胞核染色、染色体的固定和染色。石碳酸复红染色液主要用于抗酸杆菌染色和革兰氏染色中，亦可单独使用。使用说明：一、抗酸染色： 1、接种环挑取待检样本，涂布于载玻片上，自然干燥。 2、滴加石碳酸复红染色液，染色5~10min。不必加热，蒸馏水冲洗。 3、用脱色液脱色至无红色为止。蒸馏水冲洗。 4、用亚甲基蓝染色液染色30~60s。蒸馏水冲洗。 5、轻轻吸干水分，自然干燥。 6、油镜镜检。二、蜡切片染色： 1、石蜡切片脱蜡至水。 2、滴加石碳酸复红染色液，染色3~5min。流水稍洗。 3、盐酸乙醇分化5~10s。流水稍洗。 4、直接二甲苯透明，树胶封片。注意事项： 1、染色结束后，应立即显微镜下观察。 2、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。染色结果：细胞核
