Tris-tricine-SDS缓冲液是一种Tricine蛋白凝胶专用的电泳缓冲液，本产品含有SDS，适用于变性的Tricine蛋白凝胶电泳。使用时每个包装加蒸馏水或去离子水溶解，定容至1L即可使用，pH 8.0-8.6。使用方法：本产品为预混粉末，无需称量、无需调节pH值，每袋直接用蒸馏水或去离子水溶解混匀并定容至1升，即可配制成1×Tris-tricine-SDS电泳缓冲液。注意事项： 1.配置好的电泳缓冲液尽量1周内使用完毕，以免离子强度会发生变化，影响电泳效果。 2.本缓冲液适用于Tris-tricine缓冲体系的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶，请勿用于其他缓冲系统的凝胶。 3.本缓冲液含有SDS，适用于变性蛋白的凝胶电泳。 4.本产品仅供科研使用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。 5.为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
