产品简介 UvsY 是一种噬菌体 T4 重组调节蛋白，分子量约为 16KDa。通过结构学和生物物理学研究发现，在同源重组过程中 UvsY 促进 UvsX 重组酶侵入 ssDNA-gp32 复合物，导致 gp32 的释放，对于反应有促进作用。增强 UvsX 蛋白的 ATPase 活性，降低其发挥活性所需的最低浓度，从而促进链置换反应。质量控制 a.蛋白纯度：经 SDS-PAGE 电泳检测，蛋白纯度大于等于 95%。 b.核酸外切酶残留检测：将酶液与双链 DNA 底物在 37℃温育 16 h，通过 DNA 电泳检测双链 DNA 底物无变化。 c.非特异性内切酶活性检测：最适反应温度下，将 1 μl T4 UvsY Recombinase 与 1 μg 超螺旋质粒 DNA 共同温育 4 h，使用琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测，质粒 DNA 仍然处于超螺旋状态。 d.宿主残留检测：将酶液中残留的核酸经特异性的 TaqMan qPCR 检测，宿主基因组残留低于 10 拷贝。失活条件 60℃温浴 10 min 即可失活。
