TPBM 是一种有效的雌激素受体 α (ERα) 抑制剂，对 17β-estradiol (E2)-ERα 的IC50 为 9 μM。TPBM 降低 E2·ERα 向内源性雌激素反应基因的招募。TPBM 抑制 ERα 阳性癌细胞 E2 依赖性生长。TPBM 对细胞无毒，不影响非雌激素依赖性细胞生长。 TPBM is a potent estrogen receptor α (ERα) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 9 μM for 17β-estradiol (E2)-ERα. TPBM reduces E2·ERα recruitment to an endogenous estrogen-responsive gene. TPBM inhibits E2-dependent growth of ERα-positive cancer cells (IC50=5 μM). TPBM is not toxic to cells and does not affect estrogen-independent cell growth.
