产品简介 TAE 为白色至类白色速溶颗粒，每袋 TAE 速溶颗粒可配制 1 L 1× TAE 缓冲液，操作简便，使用方便。TAE 缓冲液的主要成分是 Tris- 乙酸盐与 EDTA-2Na，1×TAE 缓冲液中含有的 Tris- 乙酸盐的浓度为 40 mM，EDTA2Na 的浓度为 1 mM。 TAE 是生物学中广泛使用的核酸电泳缓冲液，主要用于 DNA 的琼脂糖凝胶电泳。使用 TAE 作为电泳缓冲液，电泳时双链线状 DNA 的迁移率较快。当片段大于 13 kb 时，一般推荐使用 TAE 进行电泳分离。TAE 适合用于 DNA 片段的回收，由于 TAE 的缓冲容量小，因此不推荐用于长时间电泳（如过夜）. 使用方法 1. 量取约 600 ml 的蒸馏水加入烧杯，并放置一个磁性搅拌子于烧杯中。 2. 将烧杯置于磁力搅拌器上，慢慢加入 1 袋 TAE 速溶颗粒的全部内容物，搅拌溶液直至完全溶解。 3. 向步骤 2 的 TAE 溶液中加蒸馏水，定容至 1 L，即为 1×。注：配制成 1× 溶液后的 pH 值为 8.3±0.1@25℃。
