来源于大肠杆菌重组表达的热稳定无机焦磷酸水解酶（Inorganic Pyrophosphatase），可以催化一分子焦磷酸盐转化为两分子磷酸盐离子。这种驱动生成焦磷酸盐的代谢反应是一个高放能的反应，因此该反应可偶联到一些热力学上不利的转化，以便驱动这些转化进行到完全。热稳定无机焦磷酸酶（PPase）催化无机焦磷酸盐水解生成正磷酸盐。在分子生物学中可用于反转录反应中提高RNA产量、DNA扩增中提高DNA合成效率。用途催化PPi + H2O→2Pi 作为PCR、RPA混合物的组分。推荐使用条件储存缓冲液：20 mmol/L Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 100 mmol/L NaCl, 0.1 mmol/L EDTA, 1mmol/L DTT, 50%(v/v)甘油。

生物活性

≥0.1 U/μL，单位定义：1个活性单位（U）是指在pH 7.2条件下，25℃反应30min，每分钟释放1.0μmole无机正磷酸盐所需要的酶量。
