Tracheloside significantly decreases the activity of alkaline phosphatase (AP) (an estrogen-inducible marker enzyme) with IC50 of 0.31 μg/ml. Tracheloside promotes keratinocyte proliferation through ERK1/2 stimulation. Targets AP ; ERK
