氯化咪唑鎓是一种钙调蛋白拮抗剂，拮抗CaM依赖性磷酸二酯酶和钙调蛋白诱导的红细胞Ca2+转运ATP酶活化， IC50 分别为0.15和0.35 μM。也用于抗癌研究。它结合CaMK的Kd 值为3 nM。 Calmidazolium chloride is a calmodulin antagonist, antagonizing CaM-dependent phosphodiesterase and calmodulin-induced activation of erythrocyte Ca2+-transporting ATPase with IC50s of 0.15 and 0.35 μM, respectively[1]. Also in anti-cancer research[2]. Calmidazolium binds to calmodulin with a Kd of 3 nM.
