本公司生产的T4DNA聚合酶,即T4DNAPolymerase是一种模板依赖的DNA聚合酶，可以在结合有引物的单链DNA 模板上，从5'→3'方向催化DNA合成反应。T4DNAPolymerase具有3'→5'外切酶活性，但不具有5'→3'外切酶活性。纯度（Purity）：不含DNA内切酶，不含RNase。活性检测条件（ Activity Assay Conditions）：67mM Tris-HCl 6.7mM MgCl2, 1mM DTT, 16.7mM(NH4)2SO4，0.2mg/ml BSA, 0.033mM of each dNTP, 0.4MBq/ml[3H]-dTTP, 0.2mM, pH8.8, 热变性且经 DNA酶部分消化过的小牛胸腺DNA。组分和说明 T665886

生化机理

Replicates the viral genomic DNA. This polymerase possesses two enzymatic activities: DNA synthesis (polymerase) and an exonucleolytic activity that degrades single-stranded DNA in the 3'- to 5'-direction for proofreading purpose.

生物活性

Catalytic incorporation of 10nmol deoxyribonucleotides (dNTPs) into polynucleotides at 37 ℃ for 30 minutes. The required enzyme quantity is defined as one active unit.
