HDS 029是ErbB受体家族的有效抑制剂（对于EGFR（ErbB1），ErbB-4（ErbB4）和Neu（ErbB2），IC |值分别为0.3、0.5和1.1 nM。它抑制EGF诱导的NIH3T3细胞中的EGFR（erbB1）自磷酸化和调蛋白刺激的MDA-MB-453人乳腺癌细胞中的ErbB自磷酸化（IC | 50 |分别为2.5和24 nM）。 HDS 029 is a potent inhibitor of the ErbB receptor family (IC|50|values are 0.3, 0.5 and 1.1 nM for EGFR (ErbB1), ErbB-4 (ErbB4) and Neu (ErbB2) respectively). It inhibits EGF-induced EGFR (erbB1) autophosphorylation in NIH3T3 cells and heregulin-stimulated ErbB autophosphorylation in MDA-MB-453 human breast carcinoma cells (IC|50|values are 2.5 and 24 nM respectively).
