Application: Trehalase has been used: in a study to assess changes in carbohydrate metabolism in Plasmopara viticola -infected grapevine leaves in a study to investigate growth arrest by trehalose-6-phosphate to quantify the intracellular trehalose in Lactobacillus casei cells
