产品介绍

肿瘤组织消化液是基于肿瘤组织的细胞外基质而设计的一种混合酶解液，可将肿瘤组织样本快速充分地消化解离成单细胞悬液或细胞团块，可用于后续的原代细胞培养或肿瘤类器官的构建。本产品为即用型，不含任何动物来源组分，无病毒和支原体污染。使用说明： 1、组织漂洗：将组织置于无菌孔板或培养皿中，加入PBS清洗3-5次。 2、组织剪碎：将组织转移至10cm的无菌培养皿中，剪碎至肉糜状（1-3mm3）后移入离心管中。 3、组织消化：加入5mL肿瘤组织组织消化液，37℃恒温摇床消化。不同种类肿瘤样本，因其组织来源、肿瘤亚型及个体差异，其消化所需时间可能会有所不同，总体消化时间控制在30-120min。注：为避免过度消化，可在消化过程中吸取消化悬液进行镜检，在镜下观察到较多的单个细胞或70μm以下的细胞簇后，即可认为消化完成。 4、离心收集：消化结束后加入2倍体积的基础培养基，300g，离心5min，弃上清。离心后的细胞可用于后续的筛网过滤操作。是否无菌：是
