产品介绍

Tris-Acetate-SDS电泳缓冲液适配于Tris-Acetate 体系凝胶，常用于分离大分子蛋白。 T767963用于非变性电泳（Native-PAGE）。本产品以粉末形式提供，每包可配制500mL 1×工作液。注意事项： 1.1×工作液配制好后，可室温保存2-3天，4°C保存1-2周； 2.仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床医学诊断及其他非合理用途。不得存放于普通住宅内； 3.为了您的安全和健康，请穿戴好个人防护装备和实验服装进行操作。使用说明： 1.取1包Tris-Acetate-Native电泳缓冲液（粉末），倒入洁净烧杯中，加入约400mL超纯水，充分溶解混匀； 2.将溶解后的溶液转移至量筒内，使用超纯水定容至500mL，即得1×工作液。
