Sodium Tauroursodeoxycholate (TUDC)是一种水溶性胆汁酸，用于治疗胆结石和肝硬化。牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠是一种胆汁盐，天然存在于小肠中。牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠已被用于评估ER应激是否与棕榈酸上调（PA）有关。它还被用于研究其对雌性大鼠雌二醇-17β-D-葡糖苷酸（E-17G）诱导的胆汁淤积的影响。生物活性： 1）体外研究：在体外，Tauroursodeoxycholate对17βEG诱导的cVA-of-CLF损伤表现出保护和逆转作用。在Mz-ChA-1胆管癌细胞中，Tauroursodeoxycholate通过Ca2+-，PKC-，和MAPK依赖性途径抑制细胞生长。在离体的大鼠肝细胞中，Tauroursodeoxycholate通过β1-整合素介导的cAMP形成，抑制胆汁酸诱导的细胞凋亡。 2）体内研究：在鬼笔环肽诱导的胆汁阻塞大鼠中，Tauroursodeoxycholate (360 μmol/kg, i.v.)显著抑制胆汁流量的减少，并增加血清碱性磷酸酶，亮氨酸氨基肽酶和谷丙转氨酶的活性，以及胆固醇，磷脂和胆汁酸的浓度。
