是否无菌：是 ITS添加剂是由人重组IGF-1，重组Transferrin，以及亚硒酸钠等组成，不含酚红，是基础细胞培养基的一种补充剂，可在多种细胞培养过程中降低胎牛血清的用量，常用于无血清或低血清细胞培养。 IGF-1是一种多肽激素，对哺乳动物细胞具有多效合成代谢作用，促进葡萄糖和氨基酸的摄取、脂肪生成、单价阳离子和磷酸盐的转运、蛋白质和核酸的合成；转铁蛋白是细胞内铁的载体，可有助于减少氧自由基和过氧化物的毒性水平。亚硒酸钠是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和其他蛋白质的辅助因子，是培养基中的抗氧化成分。产品特点： 1、本产品为过滤除菌产品。 2、本产品不含动物来源成分，可支持低血清或无血清培养。 3、可用于多种类型的细胞培养，对细胞生长具有促进作用。 4、ITS补充剂可添加到多种培养液中，有效促进细胞生长，可用于促进原代细胞生长、提高单细胞克隆的成功率、提高蛋白产量。注意事项：仅限于科研使用，不适于临床诊断和治疗。
