产品描述丽春红S染色液,10X（PonceauS Staining Solution for Western Blots, 10X）适用于PVDF膜,硝酸纤维素膜和醋酸纤维素膜上的蛋白印迹的检测,转移后的蛋白质（大于200ng/条带）在粉红色的背景上呈现红色条带.丽春红带负电荷,可以与带正电荷的氨基酸残基结合,同时丽春红也可以与蛋白的非极性区相结合,从而形成红色的条带.丽春红S染色液的优点是对蛋白的染色是可逆的,染色后可以用蒸馏水,PBS或其它适当溶液漂洗去除,且使用方便,灵敏度较高,性能长期稳定,着色清晰灵敏。使用方法 1.根据需求量将三级水或一级水与丽春红S染色液,10X浓缩液按9:1比例进行混合。 2.将已经完成转印的PVDF膜,硝酸纤维素膜或醋酸纤维素膜浸没在丽春红染色液中,摇动3-10分钟或更长时间。 3.用三级水,一级水,PBS或其它适当溶液漂洗2-3次,每次3-5分钟,直到背景干净,进行后续的WB检测。应用范围适用于一般生物学及医学研究。
