胶原纤维（Collagen Fiber）是结缔组织中分布最广含量最多的一种纤维，广泛分布于各种脏器，其中皮肤、巩膜、肌腱最丰富。 I型胶原纤维主要是骨、皮肤、肌腱纤维； II型胶原纤维主要是软骨胶原； III型胶原纤维主要在胚胎组织、成人血管、胃肠道； IV型胶原纤维主要在基膜中。显示胶原纤维的方法有：Van Gieson染色、Masson三色染色、维多利亚蓝胶原纤维染色、天狼星红染色等。维多利亚蓝胶原纤维染色液主要由维多利亚蓝染色液、VG染色组成，主要用于各种组织病变时对胶原纤维异常或纤维增生的研究中，在普通光学显微镜下心脏血管等组织的胶原纤维被染成红色。该染色液仅用于科研领域，不用于临床诊断或治疗。 V774553
