弹力纤维 (Elastic Fiber) 主要分布于人体的动脉壁、肺泡壁、皮肤，新鲜时呈黄色，折光性强。常用的弹力纤维染色法有Gomori醛品红法、间苯二酚碱性品红法、地衣红法、维多利亚蓝法、铁碘苏木素法等。 Verhoeff弹力纤维染色可以显示皮肤组织中弹力纤维的变化，如弹力纤维痣、皮肤环状肉芽肿、硬度病等；显示与判定心内膜及动脉的病变，观察某些病变中是击伴有弹力纤维的增生或破坏；还可鉴别肿瘤组织成分如弹力纤维瘤，经弹力纤维染色后，可清晰见到瘤体内弹力纤维球。 V774847
