产品介绍： 通用型抗体稀释液经过反复优化的适量 BSA、缓冲液、去垢剂、高分子聚合物和非竞争性蛋白的优化组合，形成对抗体蛋白的保护作用，提高抗体与靶分子的特异性结合。同时也有利于防止抗体与膜或非靶蛋白形成非特异性结合，及有效提升稀释后一抗的稳定保存时间。 注意事项： 1. 本品含有 BSA，如出现长菌情况请停止使用。 2. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明： 按照抗体说明书推荐条件用通用型抗体稀释液对相应一、二抗进行稀释。以1:1000 的比例稀释为例，即将 1µL 抗体加入 1000µL通用型抗体稀释液中。 Product Introduction: The Universal antibody diluent is optimized through repeated optimization of an appropriate amount of BSA, buffer, detergent, polymer, and non competitive protein to form a protective effect on the antibody protein and improve the specific binding of the antibody to the target molecule. Instructions for Use： Dilute the corresponding primary and secondary antibodies with Universal antibody diluent according to the recommended conditions in the antibody manual. For example, dilute at a ratio of 1:1000 by adding 1 µL of antibody to 1000 µ L of Universal antibody dilution solution.
