该产品可以用于 Western 时湿法电转膜，是一种安全无毒的转膜液，没有使用剧毒的甲醇，也没有使用其它的有毒试剂。配制 Western 湿转转膜液的方法非常便捷，不需要调节 pH 值。本 Western 转膜液共 1 包，可以配制 1 升转膜液。 注意事项： 1. 配制时需使用分析纯级别的乙醇或纯度更高的乙醇。 2. 配制好的湿转转膜液可室温或 4℃保存，通常两周内使用没有任何问题，当颜色变成浅棕色或黄褐色，应丢弃。 3. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明： 1. 取一包可以配制 1 升 Western 转膜液的粉剂，倒入到一洁净的烧杯中，加入蒸馏水约 700 毫升，溶解。 2. 再加入 200 毫升无水乙醇或 210 毫升 95%乙醇，混匀。 3. 然后在量筒中用蒸馏水定容至 1 升。混匀后即可使用，无需调节 pH 值。 This product can be used for Western wet electro transfer film, is a safe and non-toxic transfer film solution, without the use of highly toxic methanol or other toxic reagents. Add 200 milliliters of anhydrous ethanol or 210 milliliters of 95% ethanol and mix well. 3. Then add distilled water to a volumetric flask to reach a volume of 1 liter. After mixing, it can be used without adjusting the pH value.
