Zalunfiban (RUC-4) dihydrochloride is a potent, selective platelet αIIbβ3 antagonist ( IC 50 =45 nM). Zalunfiban dihydrochloride can be used for the research of myocardial infarction (MI). IC50& Target:IC50: 45 nM (αIIbβ3) In Vivo:Zalunfiban dihydrochloride (1~3.86mg/kg; s.c.; 24 hours) makes platelet aggregation performed. Zalunfiban dihydrochloride (1~3.86mg/kg; i.m.; 4.5 hours) leads to the onset of high-grade inhibition of platelet aggregation within 15–30 minutes that l Biological Activity:Zalunfiban (RUC-4) dihydrochloride is a potent, selective platelet αIIbβ3 antagonist ( IC 50 =45 nM).
