阿拉丁的UltraBio™ Blue Native PAGE预制胶(UltraBio™ Blue Native Precast PAGE Gel)是一种使用安全、便捷、高品质的常规尺寸聚丙烯酰胺预制凝胶，主要用于分离细胞膜、胞浆等生物样品中10kDa-10,000kDa的生物膜蛋白及蛋白质复合物。Blue Native PAGE是以考马斯亮蓝G-250代替SDS使蛋白质复合物带上负电荷，并根据各个不同复合物的分子量差异从而在胶中得到分离，同时这些复合物在胶中以蓝色条带形式呈现。另外，在样品制备过程中使用一些温和的非离子型去垢剂进行溶解，从而使复合物以近似天然的状态分离。本预制胶有1.5厘米高的浓缩胶，具有非常优良的分离效果，电泳后蛋白条带平整、清晰、细腻、锐利，几乎没有边缘效应；同时本预制胶胶板为玻璃材质，减少了对蛋白的非特异性吸附，电泳效果非常好，达到甚至超过了自配Blue Native PAGE胶的电泳效果。阿拉丁的UltraBio™ Blue Native PAGE预制胶有10孔和15孔两种孔数可供选择。本预制胶为梯度胶，浓度为4-13%。本产品的最佳分离范围请参考下表：货号
