彩色预染蛋白 Marker（10-180 kD）是一种即用型试剂，使用前无需煮沸，含有 10 种覆盖广泛分子量（10~180 kDa） 的预染色蛋白质，包括 70 kDa 的橙色参考带和 10 kDa 的绿色参考带。可用于在 SDS-PAGE 中监测蛋白质分离、验证蛋白质印迹转移（PVDF、尼龙或硝化纤维素膜）以及蛋白质的近似大小。产品已预混 loading buffer，不需要加热、稀释或添加还原剂。 产品组分： 产品中每种蛋白质约 0.3~0.4mg/mL（5mM EDTA，62.5mM Tris-H3PO4，25℃时 pH 7.5，2% SDS，33%甘油和 0.02% proclin 300）。 推荐上样量： 1. Western Blot：3-5 μL/泳道；2. SDS-PAGE：1-2 μL/泳道（12 孔胶）； 2-3 μL/泳道（10 孔胶）。 应用范围： 蛋白Maker Color pre staining protein marker (10-180 KD) is a ready to use reagent that does not need to be boiled before use. It contains 10 pre staining proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights (10~180 kDa), including an orange reference band of 70 kDa and a green reference band of 10 kDa. It can be used to monitor protein separation in SDS-PAGE, verify Western blot transfer (PVDF, nylon or nitrocellulose membrane) and approximate size of proteins. The product has been pre mixed in the loading buffer, and there is no need to heat, dilute or add reducing agent. Product composition： Each protein in the product was about 0.3 ~ 0.4mg / mL ( 5mM EDTA, 62.5mM Tris-H3PO4, pH 7.5 at 25 °C, 2 % SDS, 33 % glycerol and 0.02 % proclin 300 ).
