植酸酶又称肌醇六磷酸水解酶，是由毕赤酵母（Pichia pastoris）等优良菌种经发酵、提取、精制、制剂等工艺制备获得。植酸酶可催化植酸及植酸盐水解成为磷酸盐、肌醇等中间产物，释放出植酸中的磷及被螯合的金属离子、蛋白质、氨基酸等。植酸酶主要应用于饲料行业，可以有效降解植物性饲料原料中的植酸磷，提高饲料中磷利用率；降低畜禽排泄物中磷的量，减少对环境污染；可以释放与植酸磷结合的其他营养物质，如矿物质、氨基酸、消化酶和微量元素等，提高淀粉、蛋白质、氨基酸、微量元素等营养物质的利用率，消除植酸的抗营养作用，促进动物生长，改善生产性能，有效降低饲料成本。理化特性作用温度：20°C~90°C 作用pH：pH2.0~8.5，最适作用pH5.5（pH2.5时也能表现出较高活性）产品优势： 1、新专利菌种，最新一代耐高温植酸酶； 2、卓越的热稳定性和超高的水解效率； 3、良好的耐胃酸性能，并具有很好的耐受胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、饲料中高浓度金属离子的性能； 4、流动性好，便于在饲料中混合均匀。产品功能提高植物性饲料中磷的利用率; 提高畜禽生长性能，提高饲料转化率; 体内生物效率更高，减少环境污染。
