Enhances spontaneous, as well as evoked, GABAergic inhibitory postsynaptic currents in dopaminergic neurons (By similarity). Inhibits cell proliferation and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress-induced cell death. Post-translational May contain sialic acid residues.

生物活性

Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by a cell proliferation assay using rat C6 cells is less than 20 μg/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 50 IU/mg.
