白细胞介素3是一种主要由活化的T细胞产生的多效因子，可促进巨核细胞、粒细胞-巨噬细胞、红细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性细胞和肥大细胞系，祖细胞存活、分化和增殖。IL-3活性具有高度物种特异性，人类IL-3在小鼠细胞上不具有活性。负责IL-3信号传导的高亲和力受体由至少两个亚基组成，一个IL-3特异性α链，其与IL-3低亲和力结合，以及一个由IL-5和GM-CSF高亲和力受体共享的通用β链。虽然β链本身不结合IL-3，但在α链存在下，它赋予高亲和力IL-3结合。因此，IL-3通过与IL3Rα亚基和IL3Rβ信号转导亚基组成的受体发挥生物学功能。本产品用重组大肠杆菌基因表达生产人IL-3，高纯度，高活性，无动物源性污染。

生化机理

Granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factors are cytokines that act in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and the monocytes-macrophages. This CSF induces granulocytes, macrophages, mast cells, stem cells, erythroid cells, eosinophils and megakaryocytes.

Measured in a cell proliferation assay using Human TF-1 cells. The ED50 for this effect is ≤0.1 ng/mL. The corresponding specific activity is>1×10^7 IU/mg.
