Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of SVEC410 mouse vascular endothelial cells to Fibronectin. Recombinant Human (rh) Semaphorin 3C immobilized at 10 μg/mL, with 2 ng/mL rhFN-1, 100 μL/well, will induce approximately 50-75% adhesion.
