Purity >95% SDS-PAGE. Function Soluble frizzled-related proteins (sFRPS) function as modulators of Wnt signaling through direct interaction with Wnts. They have a role in regulating cell growth and differentiation in specific cell types. SFRP4 may act as a regulator of adult uterine morphology and function. Increases apoptosis during ovulation possibly through modulation of FZ1/FZ4/WNT4 signaling (By similarity). Has phosphaturic effects by specifically inhibiting sodium-dependent phosphate uptake.

生物活性

Measured by its ability to inhibit Wnt3a-induced alkaline phosphatase production by C3H10T 1/2 2A6 mouse embryonal fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 2-20 μg/mL in the presence of 20 ng/mL of Wnt3a.
