生化机理

含 V 集和免疫球蛋白结构域的蛋白 2（VSIG2），又称皮质胸腺细胞样蛋白（CT-like protein），是免疫球蛋白超家族（Igsf）的成员，最初在爪蟾中被描述，被称为爪蟾皮质胸腺细胞标志物，或 CTX。从人类基因组文库中分离出的克隆被称为 CTH（1）。成熟的人类 VSIG2 是一种单通道 I 型跨膜蛋白，具有 220 个氨基酸的胞外结构域（ECD），其中包含一个 C2 型和一个 V 型免疫球蛋白样结构域，以及一个 63 个氨基酸的胞质区，胞质区通过一个 21 个氨基酸的短跨膜结构域与 ECD 相连。人类 VSIG2 ECD 与小鼠和大鼠 VSIG2 的相同序列分别为 85% 和 86%。VSIG2 在结构上与免疫调节蛋白 B7 家族有关。我们在 R&D Systems 的研究表明，VSIG2 可抑制 T 细胞活化，包括 IL17 和γ 干扰素的产生。

生物活性

Measured by its ability to inhibit anti-CD3 antibody induced IFN-gamma secretion by human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). The ED50 for this effect is 5-25 μg/mL.
