VEGF血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor),也被称为血管通透因子(Vascular permeability factor,VPF)是一种高度特异性的促血管内皮细胞生长因子,具有促进血管通透性增加、细胞外基质变性、血管内皮细胞迁移、增殖和血管形成等作用。VEGF也被证实对单核细胞和成骨细胞具有趋化作用。 OsrhVEGF是运用基因重组技术,由水稻胚乳细胞表达并通过蛋白提纯工艺而成。 VEGF permeability factor, also known as Vascular permeability factor (VPF), is a highly specific permeability factor for endothelial growth factor. It can promote the increase of vascular permeability, extracellular matrix degeneration, vascular endothelial cell migration, proliferation and angiogenesis. VEGF has also been shown to have chemotaxis on monocytes and osteoblasts.OsrhVEGF is expressed by oryza sativa and purified by protein purification technology.
生化机理
Growth factor active in angiogenesis, vasculogenesis and endothelial cell growth. Induces endothelial cell proliferation, promotes cell migration, inhibits apoptosis and induces permeabilization of blood vessels. Binds to the FLT1/VEGFR1 and KDR/VEGFR2 receptors, heparan sulfate and heparin. NRP1/Neuropilin-1 binds isoforms VEGF-165 and VEGF-145. Isoform VEGF165B binds to KDR but does not activate downstream signaling pathways, does not activate angiogenesis and inhibits tumor growth. Post-translational: Produced by use of an alternative upstream CUG codon and post-translationally processed into the N-terminal N-VEGF form and the C-terminal secreted VEGFA form.
