pH值：6.5-7.5 胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）是一种分子量为7.6kD的激素，其分子结构与胰岛素类似。IGF-1的主要作用机理是通过与其特异性受体（IGF1R）结合来诱导细胞内的信号传导。IGF-1是AKT信号通路的最有效的激活因子之一，激活AKT信号通路后，刺激细胞生长及增殖，并抑制细胞凋亡。IGF-1 LR3在完整的IGF-1分子的N端添加了13个氨基酸形成83个氨基酸的长链IGF-1，并将IGF-1分子的第3个氨基酸谷氨酸（E）用精氨酸（R）取代，所以称为R3。IGF-1 LR3与未作修饰的IGF-1相比，具有更高的稳定性和生物活性。 Purity ≥95.0% SDS-PAGE&HPLC. Function The insulin-like growth factors, isolated from plasma, are structurally and functionally related to insulin but have a much higher growth-promoting activity. May be a physiological regulator of [1-14C]-2-deoxy-D-glucose (2DG) transport and glycogen synthesis in osteoblasts. Stimulates glucose transport in rat bone-derived osteoblastic (PyMS) cells and is effective at much lower concentrations than insulin, not only regarding glycogen and DNA synthesis but also with regard to enhancing glucose uptake.

Measured in a serum-free cell proliferation assay using MCF‑7 human breast cancer cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically less than 10ng/mL.
