生化机理

作为一种抑制性受体，它对自然杀伤（NK）细胞、B 细胞和 T 细胞的细胞溶解功能起着构成性负性调节作用。Tyr 磷酸化激活后会导致磷酸酶 PTPN6 和 PTPN11 的招募和激活。它还能降低 B 细胞受体连接引起的细胞内钙的增加。它还可能独立于含 SH2 的磷酸酶而发挥抑制作用。调节 CD4+ T 细胞中细胞因子的产生，下调 IL2 和 IFNG 的产生，同时诱导转化生长因子 beta 的分泌。还能下调 B 细胞中 IgG 和 IgE 的产生，以及 IL8、IL10 和 TNF 的分泌。抑制髓性白血病细胞株的增殖并诱导其凋亡，防止这些细胞中 NF-kappa-B p65 亚基/RELA 的核转位和 I-kappa-B alpha/CHUK 的磷酸化。抑制外周血前体向树突状细胞分化。

生物活性

Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of HT‑29 human colon adenocarcinoma cells. When 5 x 10^4 cells/well are added to Recombinant Mouse LAIR1-coated plates (50 µg/mL with 100 µL/well), approximately 30‑60% will adhere after 10 minutes at 37 ℃.
