生化机理

整体膜糖蛋白，在免疫反应中发挥着重要作用，在对外部和内部攻击的反应中具有多种功能。在 T 细胞中，主要作为 MHC II 类分子：肽复合物的核心受体发挥作用。II 类肽呈现的抗原来自细胞外蛋白，而 I 类肽则来自细胞膜蛋白。同时与 T 细胞受体（TCR）和抗原呈递细胞（APC）呈递的 MHC II 类蛋白相互作用。反过来，它将 Src 激酶 LCK 募集到 TCR-CD3 复合物附近。然后，LCK 通过磷酸化各种底物启动不同的细胞内信号通路，最终导致淋巴因子的产生、运动、粘附和 T 辅助细胞的活化。在巨噬细胞或 NK 细胞等其他细胞中，LCK 在分化/活化、细胞因子表达和细胞迁移等方面发挥作用，其途径与 TCR/LCK 无关。参与胸腺中 T 辅助细胞的发育，并触发单核细胞分化为功能成熟的巨噬细胞。
