Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immoblized Recombinant Human BMP-4 Protein at 1 µg/mL can bind Recombinant Human RGM-B Protein (rp166982) with a linear range of 10 - 500 ng/mL and the EC50 for this effect is 232.0 ng/mL.
