生物活性

Measured in a cell proliferation assay using NR6R‑3T3 mouse fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is 1.5-6 ng/mL. The specific activity of recombinant human PDGF-BB is >7.5 x 10^5 IU/mg, which is calibrated against the human PDGF-BB WHO International Standard (NIBSC code: 94/728).
